Her birth name is Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th July 1983. Her first job following school was as a real estate agent. Tarek El-Moussa, her future husband, met in this sector. They were extremely successful until the 2008 stock market crash when many real estate developers and house flippers went bust. Due to the market crash, Tarek and Christina El Moussa nearly lost everything. After moving from a house that cost them $6,000 per year to a place that was $700, they were close to losing all their possessions. The business and economy at large, slowly rebounded. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek requested a colleague to help him make an HGTV audition tape that showed the two of them Christina the process of flipping houses from start to finish. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. The execs were infatuated with Tarek's and Christina's love story. The couple officially signed a agreement with HGTV in 2012. The show "Flip of Flop" was launched on the 13th April 2013. The show aired 92 seasons between 2013 between 2013 and the year 2017. The show starred Christina and Tarek buying properties in Orange County. They would spend weeks upgrading the houses to be able to sell their properties at a the profit.
