Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a famous American performer and actress. The parents of Kristen Bell were Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier and both are television news directors. Bell was raised and born in Huntington Woods Michigan. Kristen is of Polish heritage (mother) as well as German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen was already a talented performer from a young age. When she was in 1992, the actress attended her first audition and won an appearance in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell's mother introduced her to an agent when she was 13, and she was cast in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. In the same year Bell also started training in private acting. Bell played an uncredited part of Polish Wedding (1998), an upcoming film. Bell took part in the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. Bell was chosen to play the lead role of Dorothy in the school's play The Wizard of Oz. Bell studied in musical theater at the world-renowned Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. The year 2001 was the time Bell left university to perform the part as Becky in Tom Sawyer. Her first film credit with Pootie Tang in 2001. However, her scene, was trimmed and now Bell's only role is the end credits. Bell was part of the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
